I do not have access to my account email, thus I cannot verify my public mobil account and I need to change my payment info as I have been suspended. How do I do this?HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

@Sarbjitkdadra In case you have not updated your username, open a ticket with the CSAs: click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you change your email address and help access your account to change payment.
Meanwhile, purchase a voucher as per @dust2dust at these locations:

Once the OP does that, they can contact @CS_Agent in order to change their account email.

Buy a voucher online or in store and dial 611 to enter it. That way the account will reactivate and then you use the text option and then you can update your payment info.
