People who call me get a busy signal

I have tried all the easy fixes but nothing seems to work. I switched over from sasktel 3 days ago and just now realized that anybody whos been trying to call me only gets a busy signal. I can make calls and send/receive texts but just cant receive any phone calls. I have shut it off, airplane mode, and reset the network settings and so far nothing yet. The previous provided mentioned maybe getting another SIM card. Would that help?

@Seetharian did you reply to a text from Sasktel to approve the porting?

on your PM sim card , you receive any incoming text or calls at all since joining?

If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card and can only make outgoing calls,  then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox.  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

Yes, did you leave the old sim in to confirm the transfer? I hope you didn't manually cancel the old service.

@Seetharian , are you certain that your number transfer has been completed successfully?  I sense call may be going to the old service still.  Try using the Sasktel SIM or checking that account for status.  If everything checks out, I suggest using the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket and having a CSA do an account reset.
