As the title states an account was suspended for late payment. After a payment was made calling service was returned, but data was not working.
How long before account is fully released from suspension?

Can you sign into selfserve and verify that data add-on usage is showing up on the overview page first?
If you have active data according to selfserve, then you may need to manually send the APN settings again to your phone from unlockit.co.nz
If the 2 suggestions above don't help, send a private message to @MarieHelene_L with your public mobile phone number asap to have it fixed.
