if you plan to transfer your number to a new network, you'll need to keep the Public Mobile account active and in good standing. Once you've ported to new network successfully, your Public Mobile account is automatically deactivated.

@Gregorybob Just log into your account and turn off auto subscribe and the account won’t renew and stay in Audi exes state for 90 days . If you don’t make payment with in that 90 days from your renewal date the account will close for good automatically. If for whatever reason you can’t log in you can ask support to do so for you or have them remove credit card info on the account right away
