I have upgraded my service subscription from Basic Canada all included to the $29.00 Canada USA Mexico plan. My credit card was charged with the new subscription plan but I see no change in my Account. How do I ge Public Mobile to correct this mistake?

Or You can manually clear cache on your browser and reboot your phone.

@Espageddy1 probably just a cache issue. Clear cache, log out and back in. Should be ok.
