My wife's account has been blocked due to non payment.  I attempted to make a payment but it was rejected as I  had use an incorrect email address. I need to get this account activated as she has had no phone service for a week

do you think you remember the 4 digits pin fo ryour wife's account? if you do , you can call *611 on her phone and then pay there to resume

but if not, since you have login issue, you have to submit ticket with support for them to help.  Use this link to message:

get payment vouchers at Shell or other reatiler, dial 611 to add them to the account and Reactivate it. Deal with credit card issue when you can by contacting CSA.
