My subscription is $35/Month. Why sometimes is the Top-up only charge $20? I didn't do anything to trigger it that I know?

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

it's hard to believe that you will pay less.  Check the Payment History page on My Account and it will tell you clearly why

to start...log in to your account and confirm which plan you've subscribed to.

Maybe you have some credit from before ?  check My Account ->  Payment History, post the screenshot here so we can help
