I am transferring my number from CTexcel but I don't see it in the drop down list when I transferred the number.

for this provider, you need to activate your Om account with a new number first.

after activated, ask PM to help to port

When ready, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
