Hello, I have been locked out of my account and anytime I go "forgot my password" the link takes hours to show up in my email and then is expired. Now I get an error saying locked out of account contact pm. When I went to send an email it said email address didn't match even though it's always worked before.
Any advice?

Try the contact us... (if the MOD is busy and do not reply)

 

You can contact them and they will issue you a case number.

 

Hope this help.

Remember to provide to them the more information about your account the better.

- send tech support the webform found by following the "buttons" in this link, https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

- send a private message to any moderator with your phone number and a description of what has happened. Turn on email notification for private messages as account resets are time sensitive.
