I've lost access to my email associated with my account, how can I get my account number or change my email address? My number is 343-xxx-xxxx.

Here's the short cut thru SIMon to reset your email. If you cannot submit your ticket you will have to send a private message instead.

You can also get 2FA via text to enter My account. Then you can see your account number.
In the past, when you first activated your account, Public mobile sent a welcome email. The email header included the Account number (the To: section)
Otherwise you will need to contact CSA. Takes time for respond though.

contact support team by CS_Agent to change email and set new password.
and also change the community email address by yourself My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
to keep all accounts for same email for rewards,
