I sent a message to CS_Agent about getting my account number so I can port my phone number to another service provider. How long can I expect to wait for a response (it has been 7 hours during business hours)?

why can't you login My Account and get it yourself from Profile or Account page?
Please note if your account is not active, you cannot port out your phone number
for support agent, they usually reply within 2 hours. Check Community inbox for their reply
