Trying to activate my account and transfer a number, payment has already been taken out of my account, when I get to the activating account it just keeps failing and cannot proceed

The support is very backlogged. The customer service team is overwhelmed with requests. This is an unprecedented offer and many people waited until the last day to get the deal. What important is that you made your purchase to lock in your offer. Customer service will get back to you but the response time is a little long at the moment. The Estimated response time is 1-2 days when on typical days, they respond within 20-30 minutes. Hang in there!

Thanks, Definitely no esim yet as I can’t even get past the account activation part. Have sent a community post to cs-agent hopefully they reply. Was trying to transfer my daughters number to save a few bucks but if the support is really this bad I might change my mind

try reboot the phone and login to app again and see if you can complete the subscription
and if you are activating eSIM, can you double check if the PM eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?
if yes, then you need to manually enable it
