My bill is due tomorrow. However it's not letting me log in. It's saying not valid. I had an issue too when I signed up. Kept booting me out but did activate sim card

@Denise5 When you say address is invalid, are you making sure that there are no typos in your email address, or perhaps that you used a different email to register your account?

@Denise5 Try clearing your cache/cookies and use a different browser with incognito/private mode enabled. You may also be locked out due to too many attempts and would need to wait another hour before retrying.
Edit: @Denise5 You can also dial 611 to make payments with either a registered CC or voucher.
Otherwise you can contact moderators via SIMon for a password reset (if that is the problem) through this link: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

@Denise5 contact customer support mods to fix your account
click on the question mark bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "locked out of self serve"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response
