I have 2 accounts with public mobile. One for my personal and one for my business. I’m trying to cancel my business phone plan because I no longer need it. Now when I went to sign into my account once signed in it asked me to register for a phone plan, almost as if my account never existed in the first place. Both accounts are under different emails and I have no issues with my personal account but my business account is giving me some trouble and there’s no option to cancel because there’s “no account set up”. Yet it still takes my money every month.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

you should have a different email logins for the 2 account.
but check with PM and they can sort it out. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Does the business phone service still work? If yes, then it must be under a different email address.
