Agent usually reply 15-90 min after receiving request.

To see your account number, log in to your account and click on Profile, scroll down, look at right hand part of the screen. Hover mouse over crossed eye and account will be revealed.

Are you able to log into your Self Serve account?  Your account number is virebale from the Profile area of your Self Serve account.
