Im trying to manage my account.

I originally wanted to change the email associated with my account, went through the process to confirm my current email and changed my password.

when I sign in now to change my email I get recognized by name but get stuck in a loop where I am being asked to choose my subscription etc. I cannot access my account.  


Thinking of just canceling public mobile. how can I do so

it might be a cache problem.  Try using incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login with your new email
