I reset my password
For both my account and community
Was only able to get into the community
It gives me this error on my account

Email or password is incorrect. Please try again, or reset password

"Email or password is incorrect. Please try again, or reset password"
No matter how many times i rest my password
On my main account
Very frustrating
As i need to gain access and order a new sim card
Need help ASAP

HI @Steveo1990   In fact, do not order sim card from PM, it takes them long to deliver.   Check Telus or Koodo stores around you and buy from them in person.

When you reset your password, try again with the new password, but with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or even on a different device.  The website is finicky at times.

just to reminder, the Community and My Account are two different systems and 2 different logins

 

For My Account access, you tried Reset Password and it didn't work?  Open ticket with PM CS Agent and they can help:


To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Ordering a sim card does not use either of the community or account logins. Just use guest or make a whole other shopping account.

you need to contact a customer service agent they will help reset/change your account email

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
