Hello, I am currently out of Canada. My number is out of service even I turn on roaming option. I am not sure what to do. And when I tried to login to my account, it asked for two steps verification, which means even I could verify with my email address, pm still asked for verification with my phone number. Anyone knows what do such situation, cuz it is really inconvenient for me. Thanks.

You can also login to account on the computer and as you did…have the 2FA code sent to email then enter the code on your computer to access your account.

to hear your current plan status, you can use a different phone and dial 1 855 4PUBLIC , then enter your cell number....otherwise there's not much you can do until you're back in Canada. Your Public Mobile service will only work in Canada, (US and Mexico too if you have that plan). There's currently no other roaming options.
