It wouldn’t let me log into my account. Kept saying wrong password so I exceeded the log in attempts now My account is locked an says I need to wait 3 hours to reset my password. Is there anyway to skip the 3 hours ?

The incorrect password lockout for Self Serve is now 3 hours, and yes, it's enforced fully now. I know this because I accidently locked myself out. The information on the Self Serve page about this after locking yourself out has also been updated.

HI@Frankileng Try it after a full 15 mins
if you still cannot login , open ticket with PM CS Agent :
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- First type: "Forgot log in information"
- Then Click "Contact Us"
- Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

No, you don’t need to wait 3 hours. It normally takes about 1 hour, sometimes just 1/2 hour.

@Frankileng hi it resets in an hour if you can’t get in, contact a cs agent
1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
type request email and new password
2. alternatively you can private message them here
