@Jackieshort5595 - if you activated online than a Self Serve account should have been created during this process with a registered email. You could check different emails it could be and try the forgot your password option to see if any emails come to you (check your spam/junk folder if you do this).
If you activated in-store, it is possible a Self Serve account is not created yet, which means no email is connected to the account yet. If so, you can register for one here if your account is in Active status:

No. Check all your inboxes for emails from here. The from name should be just Public Mobile. The emails from the community would include Community after.

You should have received an email from Public mobile when you first activated your account. Check your various email accounts to see whether you found that welcome email.
