Account expired and forgot login password

Hi there, one of my family member plan is expired, and we forgot the login password and the security question to the password. What should I do to get my phone service back. Is there contact number we can call to get the password back too.  Please help . Thank you !

for passwords if teh reset doesnt work you need to cntact the moderators. they are back in teh morning
