If you mean "account disabled" = expired or suspended, you need to add enough fund to pay your plan fee and click on the reactivate button to get your phonw working again.
We need more info.

@Msand4683 please elaborate. Is this your cycle renewal date. If everything is working as normal, ignore the message. It's the normal PM renewal process. It will disappear at 6 am est, the day of The new cycle.
If your account has actually been disabled, please elaborate. Thanks.
