Hi,
I had put my service on hold as I was travelling abroad, and when I returned, I Im no longer able to login. I’m not even able to password reset. But when I tried to re-register using the same email, it said I couldn’t and that either the credentials are invalid or I’ve already registered. I’m very confused on what to do next

HI @Mayssoun How long you have gone for the vacation? How long you have not pay your account? If more than 90 days, your account would have been closed already due to lack of payment. You number is returned back to the provider. You need to get a new SIM and activate a new account.

When was your last payment? If more than ~4 months then the account has deactivated.

Was it on hold longer than 90 days? If yes your account has been closed.
