Hi, I moved to a new carrier on Jan 23. But charged on my card on January 24th for next bill .hon to contact and how to reverse the charges.

You should also check whether your port was successful. Are you able to receive calls and texts with your new carrier? If not, that means your port was unsuccessful and you will need to contact your new carrier to re-initiate the port.

It depends on your renewal date. If you ported out even a minute after your renewal date. You will be charge for the rest of the month.
I alway suggest to port out a few days before the renewal date.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent and plead your case if you ported out after your renewal date at:
