@Jaxon_servant  - if you meant access your Self Serve account, and you activated instore then you can register for a Self Serve account and do all sorts of managing it here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

If you meant find out very basic information about your account and perhaps purchase USA Roaming addons...then you can do this by calling 611 from the device that has the public mobile SIM card in.

OR, call # 1-855-478-2542 from any other cell, land, voip number and find out these same details on your account. You may need the 4-digit Account PIN to access more detailed information going this way.

If you cannot figure it out still, open ticket with CS Agent and they can look it up for you:

To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
2. Then Click "Contact Us"
3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
   you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

PM self-serving account can be accessed by your email/password only. No access using phone number.

@Jaxon_servant   You have to setup My Account access first and then you can access from any computer or from your phone.

If you activate yourself online, you would have created that login already.  If you activate in store, then your My Account might not have created yet

Please note you  login with your email address , not the phone number.  You forgot your email address used to create the My Account?
