I have two accounts on PM. One is my wife's and the other is her mother's.
I have forgotten the username and password to my mother-in-laws account.
how do I get it back. I know he phone number.

The user name is email address. If you forgot email address, there is a link to recover email:

You can then reset the password.

if you just want to make renewal payment...get payment vouchers at 7/11 or Shell Gas, then dial 611 with her phone to add them.
You'll need Customer Support for access her account though...be prepared to answer many questions...Use this link to message CSA..
