So I took advantage of the opportunity to upgrade my plan to $40 plan that includes 5GB at 4G speed after receiving a text from public mobile. I logged into my account today to see if took place and at the top of the screen it says;
"Your Account has been Suspended"
To reactivate your current plan, you need to pay your outstanding balance. Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days of non-payment

Can anyone assist, as I am registered for auto pay

You might have hit up on a long-standing bug around here where changing up in plan cost fails. Make a manual payment of your plan cost and it should reactivate.
