Account Recovery Help – Phone Number Not Recognized

Hello Public Mobile Team,

I’m having trouble accessing my account. My phone number is ###-###-####, and I’ve been using and paying for this line. However, when I try to recover my account, it says my number is invalid or doesn’t exist.

I no longer remember the email address linked to my account, but I need help recovering access. Could you please help me verify my identity and restore access to my account? I am currently using my the number and automatically paying for it every night.

You can reset your PIN by:

Unfortunately, PM is an online service so you can only communicate with a CS_Agent by dm them.

My account is active and the number is active when i call public mobile but I don’t know what the phone pin issue is and I can’t get through to speaking to a live agent. My issue is the same before. I am using the number its on my phone. Been going on now for two days have yet to get a solution. Have been using this number for two years now through public mobile.

You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status of your account from another phone. If it indicates that it is Suspended then you need to make a manual payment.

If it indicates that your number is not in the system then your number has been returned to the carrier you originally got the number from.
