I have been overcharged and I would like to get this fixed.

How were you overcharged?  More details would be helpful. 

Check your payment history page. Do you see the extra funds in your available balance?  If so, you can leave the funds for next payment cycle.  Refunds can take several weeks to process, so easier to leave for next payment.
