Hello Team, I am associated with Public Mobile since 2021. My plan is $18.00 which was increased from $15.00, new data is 1GB effective November 2025. The data I had was 250 MB, at present the data still shows 250MB which should be 1GB. Please assist and create a TICKET.

We are customers.
If you refreshed, logged out and logged back in and it didn't change you have to ingage PM directly.
BUT.... did you switch yourself to the $18 plan, or PM increased your price?
If you allowed them to increase the price then the info is correct. You had to have manually upgraded to the $18 plan to get 1GB.
I had the 250 MB and I upgraded myself in October and it increased with the new benefits on my last renewal.
Check your account, there might be the same or equivalent offer there you can switch to with the increased data. Check under the Subscription and Add-ON tab.
