you are lucky, should be ok
submit ticket with PM agent to get the account number first
Then call Koodo support, give them your account number, tell them you lost the sim, they might be able to just move the number over.

if Koodo or Telus, it is easy
If other carriers, if PM agent can do it
Message them and ask.
if you really need to get a new sim card, buy from Amazon, it's only $5

I'm trying to port my number to a different carrier and I want you to auto-release the port request as I don't have the SIM card to reply to the port request

account number can be found in My Account.
Since you lost your sim card, you can try to login and have the security code send to your email. At the security code screen, click on didn't receive code and email would be an option after
If not, you can also submit a ticket to PM CS agent and ask them for your account number

But are you trying to port out your number? you need your sim card to receive a text to authorize the porting
