I'm having multiple issues with my account @CS_Agent
- I'm trying to change my phone subscription and just keep getting rerouted to Error pages and told to sign in again and again and again, but it never actually takes me anywhere
- I can't update my payment information. There isn't a spot to update the billing info so I'm being told to 'try again later'. This has been going on for weeks...
- The link to submit a ticket and have a Customer Agent contact me isn't working.
- I've been with Public Mobile for almost 3 years and have always had my address set correctly. Recently, I've been charged Ontario's taxes, which is inaccurate for my location and needs to be fixed promptly.
