Hello
I'm trying to sign into my son's account and it keeps saying the password is wrong and when I hit forgot password it says it doesn't exist.
His phone is currently not working and he just applied for his first job so I would like to get it going again ASAP.

From your phone dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter his number. You will get one of three recordings. If it says invalid number then the account has been fully deactivated.

@WilliamWonka182 you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 and worry about log in later . But if you like to get help from support here’s the link
