Account Blocked, and does not let me reset my password

Hi, I have been blocked out of my account and after one hour when i tried resetting my password using my email id. It says you have been locked out. I dont understand how to go about it. 

 

And the Chat bot is of no help

You can use this link to:

Private Message to Public Mobile Moderators(PM Customer Service Representatives)

You will just need some back and forths to prove your account.

You'll need to open a ticket to talk to the moderators. Go back to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot and type 'forgot security questions answer'.
