I had a Pub Mobile account in past, I think it lapsed and I'm trying to reactivate that account. The website makes me to pay by credit card, but I want to pay by debit or voucher card. I'm supposed to be able to do this. Can you help me do this?

If someone else suggested talking to a CSA, please don't lump me in with the bunch. Thanks
The customer already said that it wasn't a Visa Debit card. I was only correcting the part that said where you stated that it should work. That information wasn't correct. As for saying not to contacting a CSA about this as they wouldn't be able to assist, that information was for BKNS27.

Inwould suggest you contact a CS_Agent by clicking the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket.
That isn't correct. The customer has specifically said that the RBC debit card isn't a Visa Debit (nor a MasterCard Debit) card. The card cannot be used to pay Public Mobile. Customers support agents cannot assist with this, nor will they activate the account for the customer who doesn't have a payment method that the activation system accepts.

or try first
I've never actually seen an RBC debit card with a Visa logo on it. RBC does encourage clients to ask for a virtual Visa Debit card.

Royal bank debit won't work. You need a Cdn Visa or Mastercard for successful activation. After activation, you can disable autopay, then pay with vouchers in the future. Alternative, you can get a pre-paid Visa / MC and use that for activation too.

There should be the option to choose to pay with debit card if I remember well.

If you suspended your account longer than 90 days then your account will be closed, SIM will no longer work and your number returned to the carrier you got the number from.
If it is less than 90 days, you can make a manual payment to restore service by calling 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC. You can use Canadian CC, debit or vouchers.

You can first join pay by Visa Debit or MC Debit, use those to make first payment
After your joined, you can choose to use Visa Debit or MC Debit or even voucher to pay
Btw, you joining back now, but you need a new sim card or eSIM
