Hi, I am not able to log in to my account, the email i had given at time of activation is not working.

All support is online. It says that on main page before you even sign up.

 

These forums are all customers like you trying to assist you.

 

Moderator's are the ones that work for Public Mobile.  To speak with them it's all done online. No phone support.

I wanna reset everything from scratch. Is weird can’t speak to a customer service agent.

Try clearing your cookies and cache, then opening an incognito tab and giving it another shot.

 

Double check your e-mail when typing it and ensure you're using the correct password.

@computergeek541  let me guess. You moves this thread to causing yet another red screen

You'll need to go to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

From there, type in "forgot security question answer".
