Good Afternoon,
My friend, whom I referred a few years ago cannot access her account. Her email account was hacked and as a result, she can’t send or receive emails. She had to create a new email account with gmail, and we can’t get into her PM account to change her email address, and update her payment information. If anyone can offer suggestions to help us, it would certainly be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. So, we have to open a new community account for her. I think we can manage that…lol. We’re both seniors but I’m more tech savvy than her.

your friend will need to message PM agent using her new community account and ask PM to change her My Account to the new email address
