Accidently changed phone number

I accidently changed my phone number the a about 4 days ago and just finally figuring out this is the route to get tech support only I didn't mean too and I have had the number for 5 years how can I get it back I am literally locked out of everything I have accounts on as I have two factor authentication to that number @

If you got the number 5 years ago from  Telus or Koodo. There is a chance that they can retrieve it for you but if it was from another carrier. Your number will be returned to them and it will be slim to none to get it back.
