Hi,
I have two accounts under my name (one for myself and another one for my mom).
I'm traveling to US right now, and I purchased the $20 US roaming add on. The roaming service was not working, and I was panicking as I needed the data right away. I purchased the second add-on to the second account thinking I may have added the service to the my mom's account at first.
Would it be possible to get a refund for the second purchase?
My first purchase was correct, but the roaming was not working due to some signal issue on my phone.

Generally speaking, prepaid service has no refund option. However, the moderator team is generally pretty reasonable.
