I’ve been with PM for 5 years or more. Never had an issue until now. I have 6 payments coming out of my credit card each month. My husband and mine snd 4 kids. One of the kids loss her phone and I need to add a SIM card to her account. Cannot access it. I’ve been trying for more than 2 weeks. I don’t understand. I’ve always been able to. I’m so frustrated I am ready to cancel all plans snd go with another company. I can’t get into her account cause they keep semnfing code to the list phone😡

All I get is sent to text or voicemail. Can access either because I have no sim card instslled

@Smithchristie60 Tap resend code a few times you should get option to send code to email instead . But you can always submit ticket with support to help also

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email
