Hello,
I'm a public mobile customer, I'm trying to get my account number but when I log into the app with my email, it's showing me my name but it's asking me to subscribe to a plan? Why is that?
How can I skip all that to manage my account?

I never accessed my account online or on the app, this is the first time I'm trying to access it.
Are you telling me to try logging into my account on a computer?

When was the last time you accessed your account on-line?
If you use computer and go to Profile, acc. num. is there:

Yes I signed up for eversafe account then tried logging in, I'm able to log in, my name shows but not my account details...
It's telling me to go through the steps "one being the subscription" why can't I see or manage my account? Can you not email me so I can directly reply back to your email and you can help me?

Have you ever signed up for an eversafe account? If you do that it might work better with the app.
Otherwise just use the website login to get your account number under the profile tab.
