Access Phone Records

How do i access my phone records to see all incoming and outcoming calls from earlier this year? This information is not saved in the phone itself.

@mimmo, good question ! There is no way to view past 90 days, even on our end.

Likley out of luck. @CS_Agent is there any way to access call records past 90 days?

I just tried to set up the self-serve account, but since the former phone number from earlier this year is no longer valid, it won't let me set up the account. Any ideas?

What about longer than 90 days? I need records from January 2017.

You can find it in your self serve account.
