Hi,
I can't get on the public mobile main Web page. It doesn't load at all. Is there any issue with Telus/ public mobile?

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

@Za11 site is working for me at the moemnt
Try using Incognito mode, or use a different browser (Edge/Firefox/chrome), Try clearing cache and then restart the browser
Best to try on a desktop or laptop as well
