About the recent 2G data for 12 months

I joined around Aug 12th. Am I eligible to get this promotion? If yes, I tried that promotion code “12MONTHS2GB” under my account, it didn’t work - kept telling that was not an valid code. 
Plz lmk what should do. Thx

This promo is effective from August 25 to August 31 for new customers but it doesn’t hurt to try and contact a CS_Agent to see if they will give you this promo.

Since you activated your SIM prior to the promo date…you are an existing customer.
