How do I add my wife and kids to my account? I asked the chatbot but it didn't provide any useful info...

Each account is independent.

You need separate emails, sims to create account for each family member. You can use the same credit card to pay the bill.
In order to manage those account you would need to log in into each one separately. PM does not have 'family plans' where one log in gets you access to all accounts.

Unfortunately, you can’t add extra lines to your account like postpaid plans.

With PM prepaid plan, you can only have 1 account/1 email address.

So your wife and son will need to create & activate an account with their own unique email address.

Each phone number needs to be in a separate account, and each account needs to use a different e-mail address.

PM system is one email for one account and no combined family account

So, for your 2 new accounts, just use 2 different email addresses , use the app and activate

only thing to remember is to get the friend referral code from your own account and apply it on the 2 new activations
