I WAS CHARGED TWICE ON MY JUNE BILL.....HOW DO I GET THIS RECTIFIED?

you sure not a pending charge ?

you need PM to help to refund the extra charges.  Open ticket using the orange chatbot icon on the lower right , type Submit ticket, clcik Contact Us to open the ticket open screen

Use the chatbot or orange bubble to create a ticket for agent to review.

What was the charge? Did you change your plan mid cycle?
