Hi,
When does an account become deleted? Is it 90 days from the last payment or 90 days from the last expiration date?

Well, it's a different way to see it, but...
If you are on a 90-day plan, and your payment is due Sept. 30, it means your last payment was made 90 days before. So 90 days before Sept. 30 plus 90 days after Sept. 30 (which is dec. 29 by the way) is indeed 180 days without payment...

Why is this so confusing??
You pay for your 30-day or 90-day service.
You usse your 30 or 90 day service.
If you do not pay to renew your service within the NEXT 90 days, your sevice is gone.
So, it's not 180 days (since last payment), it's 90 days since plan suspension.

No payment for 90 + 90 days and your account will be suspended. It is adviseable to sell mobile if your dont want to subscribe any plan on p mobile.

ONLY if your are on a 90-day plan. If you are on a 30-day plan, then it's "120 days of no payment"...

Hey @thapager,
Just for additional clarity: the account gets deleted on day 91 from the last expiration date.
If you are thinking of cancelling the account, disable autopay and nothing else needs to be done.

if you do not pay your account, your account will go into a "suspended state" for 90 days. If you make no payment for another 90 days after your account is suspended, your account will be deleted, and you will lose your phone number
