Hi, would like to confirm does the 90 days count from last payment period or end of service period? For example, my last payment was on Dec 22, 2025. When do I need to subscribe again in order to keep my #. Thanks.

you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone, enter your phone number to hear the last date to activate
but if Dec 22 was the last payment date:
The Cycle date of that payment : Dec 22, 2025 - Jan 21, 2026-12:00AM
your first date of suspension: Jan 21, 2026
The date when account will be closed: Apr 21, 2026
But don't wait till April 20 to resume, come back to resume no later than April 15th, in case My Account is down for maintenance or in case you have trouble logging in My Account

@Fish817 It can’t for the 90’ days after your next renewal date so it’s that date you need pay special attention to and make sure you make payment before 90 days has elapsed so ensure you don’t lose your account number and plan . So if you need suspend it more then 90 days best to make manual payment by 87-88 day incase of any hiccups
