I have to 90 day promo plan, 12GB, text and calling. In my online usage it says 3060/3072MB are used and I got a 95% warning via text from PM. Shouldn’t my unused data from the same 90 day billing period be usable and where’s my “bonus” GB of data? It should be 4GB/30 days plus any rollover within the same 90 days, no? Like I have 12GB for 90 days, correct?

My plan details indicate 12GB promo plan but my data usage screen says 3GB...

If you have the 90 day, 12 gig plan, the total available usage should show 12288 Mbytes. If you are not seeing that in your account, I suggest private messaging the moderator team and have them look into the problem. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
