I am writing in regards to upgrading my current 90 day plan to the new promotional plan for $50 ($45) / 90 days. Would I still keep my loyalty rewards if I were to upgrade plans?

While I have not checked on this furtther, I have been informed by a CSA that rewards for 90-day plans are no longered tripled in the same way as before, but are rather now paid out in 30-day portions/intervals.
